The Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma offers a variety of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine services to meet the needs of Southeastern Oklahoma. Our therapists combine the latest treatment techniques and patient education to help people achieve their highest level of function following injury, illness or surgery. Our staff provides services for pediatrics to geriatrics, and provides goal-oriented programs that put patients on a course that leads to a fulfilling recovery. Appointments are made by physician referral only.   
Facilities:  
Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to allow comprehensive therapy and rehabilitation for various injuries and conditions. The Physical Therapy Center at MCSO provides outpatient services in our clinic at the Durant Medical Complex, inpatient services in the main hospital, and Home Health services covering a 40-mile radius of Durant.

Injury, disease or chronic pain can drastically alter a person’s ability to move freely and perform even routine tasks. Our physical therapists work with people of all ages with a wide variety of functional limitations. We offer a broad spectrum of services including:
